All registrations must take place online. We no longer offer mail-in registration. Please register as soon as possible as camp fills up quickly.
When you have been accepted to Duke Basketball Camp, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will not receive anything in the mail.
Duke Basketball Camp does not require a separate, printed medical form. All of the medical information we need is collected when you sign up. During the online check-out process, you will also be required to review and agree to a liability release and permission to treat. Answers to all questions below are required for admission into camp; please be sure that the information you input is complete and accurate. You may be contacted by our training staff with follow-up questions on how we can best care for your camper while he is at camp.
Waiting List Information:
If a camp is sold out, and you'd like to be added to the wait list, please proceed by pressing the Add to Cart button for whichever session you desire. Then fill out all of the required fields.
Once you've completed the fields, press the add to cart button at the bottom of the screen. Next, you'll need to hit "Check Out" to review the order which you will need to submit (at no charge). Please check the box to agree with the terms/waiver and click to submit your order. You will not be required to provide credit card information because there is no cost to be added to the wait list.
If a camp space becomes available for your camper, you will be contacted by the Duke Camp Staff.
